You have two options with us. You can use our free standard shipping or choose insured shipping for €2.90.

Can I return an item that has already been opened and worn?

Yes, you can return an item that has already been opened or worn, as long as it is in a resalable condition. This means that you should only wear the product in a clean environment, ideally indoors, to test it.
Please note that we may not be able to issue a refund for items with signs of use or damage.
How do I receive my refund after returning the item?

What happens if I return an item that I purchased as part of a special offer?

IMPORTANT: For 1+1 or 2+1 FREE promotions, all items must be returned; otherwise, a refund is not possible. If only part of the order is returned, no refund will be issued. For 2+1 FREE promotions, at least two items must be returned.
