Shipping & Delivery Times

 

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery timeframe consists of two periods:

1) Processing time:

Within 12-24 hours of placing the order, it will be reviewed and released for shipment.

2) Delivery time (depending on the country):

The time it takes from our international shipping center to the delivery address. Shipping is handled by Hermes, DHL, UPS, and PostNL. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take a little longer:

    • United States of America 4-7 business days
    • Austria 5-9 business days
    • Germany 5-9 business days
    • Switzerland 5-10 business days
    • Belgium 5-9 business days
    • Netherlands 5-8 business days

 

to be delivered to its destination.

 

Important information!

The estimated shipping time begins on the day your order is shipped.

Please note that we cannot make any changes or cancellations once the order has been shipped. Once the order has arrived, please contact us via the contact form.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free standard shipping to our customers for orders over €50. For all other orders, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.90.

 

Where is my order?

Once the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with tracking information.

You can track your order with this tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several partial deliveries.

 

Delayed or lost orders:

When placing your order, please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing packages that were sent to the wrong address or that, upon request, have to be left with a neighbor or in an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via the contact form. We can only refund or replace lost items 20 business days after the shipping date (25 business days for international items) – at which point the shipping service classifies the items as lost.

 

Undelivered shipments, but the tracking information shows delivery:

This can happen when items are sent to workplaces. In some cases, your shipment may have been delivered to a mailroom or a colleague within your company, and someone else may have signed for it.

In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the delivery service's website by filling out a signature request form.

Please note that we do not refund or replace shipments that are marked as delivered. Therefore, we always recommend that you have shipments delivered to a secure address.
